1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeekThru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

PeekThru is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. User Content

◉ You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, and other content (“Peeks”) you upload.

◉ By posting, you grant PeekThru a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the App and in promotions.

◉ You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share any content you upload.

◉ Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to PeekThru may be used by us without obligation to you.

4. Community Guidelines & User Behaviour

To keep PeekThru safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

◉ Post offensive, discriminatory, violent, obscene, or illegal content.

◉ Impersonate others, misrepresent locations, or post misleading information.

◉ Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission.

◉ Upload malware, viruses, worms, or any harmful code.

◉ Interfere with the operation of PeekThru, or disrupt others’ use of the App.

◉ Exploit the App for commercial purposes without written consent.

◉ Record or post people in private settings without their consent.

Violations may result in suspension, removal of content, or termination of your account.

5. Account Responsibility

◉ You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

◉ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

◉ Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

◉ Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

◉ All PeekThru branding, logos, software, and content are our property and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

◉ You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit our assets without written consent.

◉ You may not use data mining tools, bots, or similar methods to extract data from the App.

◉ You may download or share content from PeekThru for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove notices of copyright or other ownership.

◉ User-generated content remains owned by the original creator, subject to the license granted to us.

7. Third-Party Links

PeekThru may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not review, control, or endorse these external sites, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are at your own risk.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you:

◉ Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

◉ Misuse the App in a way that disrupts the community or platform.

You may delete your account at any time in the settings section of the App.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

◉ PeekThru is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

◉ We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the App will be free of harmful components.

◉ We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party services, or external links.

◉ To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeekThru and its affiliates are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeekThru, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service & Terms
