Welcome to PeekThru! By using our app and website (“PeekThru”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use PeekThru.

By accessing or using PeekThru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

PeekThru is intended for users aged 13 and above. If under 18, you may only use the App with a parent or guardian.

3. User Content

• You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, and other content (“Peeks”) you upload.
• By posting, you grant PeekThru a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and distribute your content within the App and promotions.
• You confirm you own or have the rights to the content you share.
• Any feedback or ideas you submit may be used by us without obligation.

4. Community Guidelines & Behaviour

To keep PeekThru safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Post offensive, violent, or illegal content.
• Impersonate others or post misleading information.
• Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission.
• Upload malware or interfere with PeekThru’s operation.
• Exploit the App commercially without consent.
• Record or post people in private settings without consent.

5. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

• All PeekThru branding, logos, and software are our property.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or data-mine the App.
• User-generated content remains owned by you, licensed to us for use within PeekThru.

7. Third-Party Links

PeekThru may link to external sites we don’t control. Use them at your own risk.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, or harmful behaviour. You may delete your account anytime in settings.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PeekThru is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or damages from using the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PeekThru and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Modifications

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes fall under Queensland courts.
